Polonca Lovšin – Back to the City


This publication presents overview of Polonca Lovšin’s work over the past nine years: her DIY inventions for daily life, Dynamo – dancing to electricity projects (Dynamo Door Dance, Dynamo Street Lamp, Electrified Dreams), animation documentaries presenting Lovšin’s research into cities and countryside, A Day with a Goat and Beyond a Construction Site collaborative project by Obrat, whose member is also Polonca.
The publication was published on the occasion of two exhibitions by Lovšin: Elektrisierende Traeme, Kunsverein Gera (Germany) and Back to the City, Gallery KiBela, Maribor (Slovenia), both in 2011.
